School News:

Moretown Bobcats shirts are now available for preorder! This year we are offering short-sleeve and long-sleeve t-shirts in youth and adult sizes. Orders can be placed online at tinyurl.com/mesgear. The deadline to place your order is Thursday, October 6th. Shirts will be distributed at school the week of October 24-28.

You may hear your child talking about WIN block at home and be wondering what that means.  WIN stands for What I Need, and it is a block of time devoted to giving students what they need to be most successful.  We are prioritizing Literacy for our WIN block time this year, with the help of Support Services, including our two Interventionists.  Students will all work in small groups during this block, with instruction and practice on their level to build their skills.  These small groups may be led by your child’s classroom teacher, a paraprofessional, our student support specialist Ms. Emily or one of our interventionists: Mark Gedmin or Liz Ather.  Through regular check-ins the adults will be assessing and adjusting to help every student progress and feel successful.
