PANCAKE BREAKFAST ANNOUNCED
The PTN is in full swing preparing for our
annual Pancake Breakfast being held this year on
Saturday, November 19th from 8am - 11am.
We need your help to make our Pancake Breakfast a success!
We are looking for volunteers to set up, serve or flip pancakes.
We could also use a few large griddles (loaners) or food donations!

Book Fair Volunteers Needed!
The Scholastic Book Fair will be coming to Moretown Elementary School November 14-18. To make this a successful event, Mrs. Wood is looking for some volunteers to help out. WREATH SALE
Moretown Elementary PTN Wreath Sale
Please support the Moretown School PTN general fund in being able to assist with providing all students at Moretown Elementary in grades K-6 the experiences of winter sports. All Three Rivers wreaths are hand-made and double-faced with real balsam fir greens. The balsam, cedar and white pine boughs are harvested only after the needles have set for the winter making for fresher and longer lasting wreaths. Easy online ordering and local pick up as well as Direct Ship options are available.
Pick up will be at the Moretown Elementary Pancake breakfast on November 19th.
Direct Ship orders can be placed until November 26.

Final Reminder for Youth Basketball Sign-Ups If your child is planning to play basketball this season please email us for a registration form right away: madriverbb@gmail.com.
Practices begin as early as Nov 14th. Our deadline for registration is 11/11.
BKL Parents, Coaches and Friends With stick season and daylight savings under our belts (and first taste of snow!) signals that it is now time to register for the upcoming BKL season! We are happy to report reduced rates for registration this year reflecting that we have a pretty sizable amount of ski gear on hand (and reflecting a less than stellar 2015/16 ski season). Harwood Union Middle School Production of Godspell There are two showings on November 19th at 2pm and 5pm with a $5 admission fee at Harwood Union.
Stick Season Walks Join Mad River Path Association Board Members, Laura Brines or Dori Ross for walks on various Mad River Path sections for the next two weeks. All walks begin at 8:30. The length of the walk will be determined by the group. Rain or shine. Any questions? Call 496-7284.

noraBrass presents: “Classic Brass & Patriotic Tribute”: Saturday, November 12th at 7:30 PM, Waitsfield United Church. One of Vermont’s premier professional brass ensembles offers a concert featuring music of Bach, Gabrieli and Joplin as well as several contemporary pieces written for brass quintet. In commemoration of Veterans Day, the second half of the program will be a special tribute to the Armed Forces and be dedicated to all Veterans and active duty military personnel. InoraBrass comprises Grammy Award winning musicians who have played with the Nashville Symphony, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Phish, the Vermont Symphony, Itzhak Perlman, James Taylor, Gustavo Dudamel, on Broadway and at Carnegie Hall. They currently perform and teach extensively throughout New England and Northern New York. In addition to members from Chazy, NY and West Newbury, VT. InoraBrass includes Harwood band director Chris Rivers, Harwood trumpet teacher Jason Whitcomb, and Joslin Memorial Library librarian, Joy Worland. Inora will be joined by guest drummer Andy Gagnon and narrator Andrew West. This performance is sponsored by the Friends of the Joslin Library.
